This is not a summary of The Invisible Advantage. It is a mirror. You should only proceed if you are willing to:
- Examine your actual workplace data (emails, Slack, calendars).
- Confront the cultural habits that are currently stalling your career.
- Work hard on these exercises.
The book provides the Map. This workbook requires you to navigate the Terrain.
A Note on "The Map": You can attempt to navigate the Terrain without the Map, but you will be doing so by trial and error. In a Western multinational, "error" is a catastrophic drain on your Trust Battery.
